Frequently Asked Questions

What is the closest airport to Sedona?

Flight arrangements may be made to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport or Flagstaff Airport. Please note that it is approximately a two-hour drive (119 miles) from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to Sedona, AZ and approximately a 50-minute drive from Flagstaff Pulliam Airport.  Please allow the appropriate amount of time required for travel when booking your flights.

How will I get from the airport to Sedona?

There are shuttle various shuttle services to Sedona from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Groome Transportation is one that I have used and offers daily shuttle service from Phoenix to Sedona and service from Flagstaff to Sedona. Generally, you will be sharing the shuttle with other passengers who may be picked up from other points. There are additional transportation options such as Turo.com - Personally owned rental cars (affordable) or Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport Car Rentals: https://www.skyharbor.com/ParkingTransportation/rentalcars

The Rental Car Center accommodates all airport rental car companies. If you are planning to rent a car at PHX Sky Harbor, be sure to make a reservation. Vehicles are limited for walk-up customers. Car rentals can also be found at the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport.  A search on google is best way to access this information.

Is there anything that is NOT included in the retreat pricing?

The only things that are NOT included in retreat pricing is your flight and your transportation to/from the airport.  You will also have one evening where dinner is on your own.  All other meals, accommodations, experiences, workshops, classes and a personal gift bag are included for each attending guest.

Will you be hosting additional retreats in the future if I can’t make this one?

Possibly, but most likely at a higher price point. We are not sure future retreats will be held in Sedona.

What is Poco Diablo Resort like?

Poco Diablo is a beautiful resort that sits on 70 acres.  What was once a golf course is now known as the Serenity Lawn, which is open green grass and trees with water fountains and wildlife.  A great place to connect with Mother Nature.

Poco Diablo also has a small boutique spa on property as well as a brand new restaurant and tapas bar known as The Willows.

What type of rooms are available?

You can have a private, single room with a king size bed and private bathroom, or you can have a shared room, double occupancy with one bathroom.  This is your choice and this option is made available to you upon booking. Please note that it is possible to extend your stay (either before or after the retreat) with Poco Diablo.  Those arrangements can be made prior to your arrival and with enough notice. Please let us know if you would like to do that.  As a special bonus for guests, there is a spa located on premises at Poco Diablo.  You are welcome to schedule a personal treatment during your stay.  This is outside the scope of the retreat, but it is definitely a nice way to show yourself some love.  Click here for more information.
