A Bit About Me

Searching for answers after facing several traumatic and life-altering events, I found a sense of purpose and meaning through the practice of meditation and yoga. Their teachings have served as an anchor and healing modality, creating a deep and radical shift physically, spiritually, and emotionally. This shift in perspective has inspired me to create a space for sharing with others what I have learned. My goal is to encourage others to build a greater sense of inner peace and self-awareness and to help people live their best life.

My journey is a continuous path because it is my belief that we never arrive at our final  destination, there is always more "work" to do. Living my best life and stepping into my greatness is an ongoing process. I am constantly learning new tools for personal growth, healing, and self-care while keeping up-to-date on the latest research in these areas. I also practice what I preach every day so that my clients know my work is more than a source of income -- it’s my soul's purpose!

When I’m not “soulpreneuring,” I enjoy spending time with my loving husband, Marc, who encourages me to follow my dreams every day, along with my three grown children and rescue dog, Quimby. I also love filling my cup with traveling, hiking, spending time with nature, enjoying sunny days at the beach, paddle boarding, chocolate, and delicious lattes.
